I guess I will have to enjoy my sacred life on my own….my wordpress has been troubling me to upload pics since the past 3 days!

Weekends, after shaadi take a completely new meaning. Because week days are spent working, weekends are the only days I can spend leisurely. From the two day weekend, Saturdays are ami house days, which techinacally only leaves Sundays as the day that can be spent with lazy leisure. Apart from the morning cup of tea and newspaper reading, nothing is common in any of the Sundays. Yesterday, was another Sunday of its kind.  Good company, Mr burger, loud music, long long drive, crossing borders, 40 minute walk, almost private beach….we were nearly in paradise!

Since childhood, Strawberries have always held my facination. Be it just strawberries, strawberry jam, strawberry cheesecake, strawberry ic cream….anything. Strawberries just make the world a happier place. About 3 days ago, my father in law bought home a surprise. He got a (self seeded) strawberry plant  for us 3 (kids of the family). I was overjoyed. For several minutes I kept on looking at the plant, which had the flower, the green strawberry and finally the red strawberry…al ready to be plonked into the mouth!

A man is defined by the kind of friends he keeps and the music he listens too!

After a lot of experiments with the incense oils, (satsuma, which was too fresh…maple, which was too sweet….vanilla, which would just make you too comfortable, cranberry which would make you all hungry), I, finally managed to find the one that would lift up my spirits instantly. The right kind of smell has the effect on me where i feel all giddy and life seems to be all good….immediately, once again!

Somedays at work are so busy, that you cant manage to get up from your seat, be it for lunch or to go to loo. On one such day, when hubby found out about the work craziness he randomly dropped in with bagel and cream cheese (my all time favourite food) accompanied with a chocolate chipe cookie and a rose to help me get through the rest of the day, smilingly!

For days, months maybe I have been feeling uninspired. Life has been in the fast lane. I guess thats the reason why I dont gtet time to connect wih myself. Amidst this uninspired feeling, thanks to jammie and Mars, this project got my excitement to a high.
